LIVE singing performance March 29th in Raleigh, N.C., and guitar auction for MADD (Mothers
Against Drunk Driving):
Lynn is VERY PLEASED to announce a charity
auction of the beautiful ONE-OF-A-KIND guitar
pictured below, which was handcrafted and
designed by her friend, Rob Videtto, of Rob’s
Guitar Works (http://robsguitarworks.com).

Lynn will sign the back of guitar when presented
to her by Rob (pictured above with
the guitar) on March 29th during an appearance and live
singing performance of her drunk driving themed
song, "I Wasn't A Friend" and other songs from
her CD "You Like It Clean" at the "WALK LIKE
MADD" event in Raleigh, North Carolina on
the Centennial Campus of North Carolina State
University. 100% of the proceeds of the auction
go to MADD. Lynn's performance at the
event was made possible by the generosity of
MADD and
Zebbra Oliver,
who brought Lynn and her song "I Wasn't A
Friend" to the attention of MADD's North
Carolina branch. Oliver's 19-year-old son,
Johnathon Ferguson,
was killed by a drunk driver in October 2005 and
she is a participant in the "Walk Like Madd"
event Lynn is performing at. The guitar has
a specific logo dedication on the headstock,
which was created by Vicky Adair, that indicates
the guitar was lovingly made in Memory of Zebbra’s son specifically, although the money
raised is in honor and memory of ALL victims of
drunk driving and their families. If you would
like to donate any amount to "John's Team", as
Zebbra has appropriately dubbed it (all proceeds
also to MADD), or join her in the walk if you
are in the vicinity of Raleigh, you can do so
AT THIS SIGNUP AND
DONATION PAGE.
Lynn is additionally donating 50% of all the net
download money from the single "I Wasn't A
Friend" or full "You Like It Clean" album
download purchased through her page at
http://blastmymusic.com/Lynncareysaylor
to the "John's
Team" fund from now until the date of the walk,
March 29, 2008. The full album download at
blastmymusic contains a bonus song not on the
physical CD.

APRIL 2007, FEATURED CD REVIEW OF LYNN CAREY
SAYLOR'S ALBUM "YOU LIKE IT CLEAN" PUBLISHED AT
MELODIC.NET:
"Don't
be fooled by her name that has that Country feel
over it, Lynn is a rocker and only works with the
best or should I put it this way - Brian May and
American Hi-Fi frontman Stacy Jones wanted to be on
Lynn's album.
Her husband Skip produced the album with a million
dollar buck sound as the result and it's not so
strange since vocal phantom Steve Perry (Journey)
has recorded in the same studio and he won't settle
for anything less than the best.
Lynn has written 10 of the album's 11 tracks herself
and if I didn't know better, I would believe that
this was a Greatest hits collection taken from her 5
albums but oh no - "You like it clean" is the debut
and you can only admit that she's just as good as
writing great rock/pop songs as she looks.
Normally a cover like the Pat Benatar hit "We
belong" would stand out as one of the best songs
here but it doesn't, after the super strong start
with amazing songs like "Million miles", "This is
your life", "I wasn't a friend" and the title track
with more hooks than the most popular fishing lake
in Alaska - the Benatar cover just feels like a part
of the family.
This album is huge!"
